Calibrated Autoglass' Lifetime Guarantee does not cover the damage from any form of impact, owner negligence, misuse, deterioration caused by the environment or manufacturer faults. If the vehicle is found to have rust or any form deterioration on the aperture during an installation we will not be able to extend our lifetime guarantee for that vehicle.

Automotive glass installed with rubber gaskets will not receive our Lifetime Guarantee if we deem the gasket to be perished and in need of replacement at the time of the installation and you choose to go ahead with the installation without purchasing a new gasket.

Stone Chip repairs that Calibrated Autoglass preform come with a 12 month guarantee against further cracking from the originally repaired damage. In the case of a valid warranty claim, Calibrated Autoglass will supply and fit an after market windscreen charged at list price, minus the cost of the repair on the original tax invoice.

All warranty work will only be carried out after an inspection of the vehicle and with the presentation of the original invoice/proof of purchase.

Warranty work must be carried out by Calibrated Autoglass or is to be arranged by Calibrated  Autoglass prior to any rectification work, failing to comply with this could potentially void all guarantees offered to you at time of purchase.
